We are a group of passionate and dedicated coaches committed to supporting each other through the field of strength and conditioning. We exist solely to advance our profession through forward thinking, sharing of knowledge, and a dedication to becoming better.

It is our mission to provide guidance and leadership to performance coaches through sensible, scientific, administrative and practical information.

We are a neutral organization, supporting ALL governing bodies of strength and conditioning. We offer an unbiased resource of professional development and advancement for interns, graduate assistants, newly hired and veteran coaches. We aim to improve and instill the knowledge, skills and confidence of our members so that they will reach the pinnacle of their profession.

We draw our knowledge not only from each other, but from the established, successful mentors and guides that have invested their time into making us who we are today. It is our responsibility to pass these experiences forward; continuing the advancement for the premier coaches of tomorrow

    Let's face it...we all wish we had more time during the day. Between coaching our athletes, writing their programs and living our life outside of the weight room, time is limited and certainly not going to appear out of thin air.
